Open House 2: Complete Streets Alternatives

The second public open house will provide an opportunity to review and provide input on the draft complete streets alternatives for improving the Midtown Corridor for all users.

Anchorage Transportation Fair

Thank you for visiting our station at the Anchorage Transportation Fair, a one-stop open house style event with information on projects happening throughout the Anchorage area.

MOA PM&E  W. 32nd and E. 33rd Ave Upgrades Project:
The Municipality of Anchorage is working on an adjacent project to upgrade the W. 32nd and E. 33rd Avenue Corridor.  For more information on this project, please see their project website: http://www.32nd33rdupgrades.com/

 

DOT&PF  Midtown Congestion Relief Project:
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is conducting a Midtown Congestion Relief Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study. The Midtown Congestion Relief is focused on the area surrounding the Seward Highway from Tudor Road interchange to approximately 20th Avenue. The PEL Study will conduct a traffic study to evaluate inter-related issues surrounding the closely-spaced, signalized intersections in Midtown Anchorage and determine a list of priority project to improve Midtown congestion.
